"Honestly, they overcharged for this"
I don’t know what they were thinking with this price. What showed up felt cheap, and for the money, I expected way better. Kind of feels like they just slapped a high price on a low-quality item

"Felt like they cut corners"
I was disappointed when it arrived. The print looked blurry, like they used a low-quality image or didn’t really care how it turned out, and the fabric felt cheap right away. Maybe I’m reading too much into it, but it kind of felt like they were hoping people wouldn’t notice the quality issues. Definitely not what I expected.

"Support Took a Bit to Get Back to Me"
I did hear back from support eventually, but it definitely took longer than I expected. The reply was helpful enough once it came through, but the wait was a little frustrating. Has anyone else had the same issue with slow responses?

"Ordering was fine, just a little clunky"
I ordered a custom nappy for my little one after my sister mentioned she’d used the site before, and overall it was easy to get through. The main steps made sense, uploading the details didn’t take long, and checkout was straightforward enough.

The only thing I noticed was that a few pages felt a bit slow, and I ended up double checking a couple of the options before paying just to be safe. Not a bad experience at all, but it could feel a bit smoother.

"My order took a lot longer..."
My order took a lot longer than I expected, and the tracking barely updated for days. I was just waiting around with no real idea when it was going to show up. The product seems fine, but the delivery time was frustrating enough that I do not think I would order again.

"Turned out really nice"
I got this for my sister as a gift and she ended up loving it. It did take a little longer to show up than I expected, but once it arrived I was happy with how it came out. So yeah.

"Sizing was a little frustrating for us"
The nappies are okay overall, but the fit was a bit disappointing for my baby. I checked the size guide before ordering, so I was really hoping they’d be spot on, but they ended up feeling a little tight around the legs while still being loose at the waist. That was frustrating. They’re fine for shorter wear during the day, but I wouldn’t trust them overnight. They’re not awful by any means, I just wish the sizing was clearer

"Issue never really got sorted"
I had a problem with my order and tried to get it fixed, but it pretty much just went round in circles. The replies were slow and didn’t really answer what I was asking. In the end, nothing got resolved and I’m still out of pocket. Frustrating experience overall, and I wouldn’t order again.

"Felt too rough for my baby"
I really wanted to like this, but after washing it the material felt kind of scratchy... just not soft enough for a baby. It seemed uncomfortable on their skin, so we ended up not using it much...

"Nice enough designs, but I wanted a bit more variety"
I found a few cute designs I liked, and the site was easy to get around, so no real complaints there. But reading between the lines, it feels like the custom options are still a bit limited. Some of the designs started to look similar after a while, and I would’ve loved more colours and patterns to choose from. Overall, it’s decent, just not quite as exciting as I was hoping for.

"Pretty close, just not exactly what I pictured"
I ordered this after spending way too long messing around with the customization options, probably while I should’ve been making dinner. Overall, it came close to what I asked for, but the colors looked a little different in person than they did in the preview, and one small detail wasn’t quite right. It’s still totally usable and not some huge problem, I just expected it to match the preview a bit more closely. Shipping was fine too, nothing especially fast or slow

"Packaging was a mess and everything arrived squashed"
The box turned up ripped and all bashed in and the nappies were just messy inside, like they’d been thrown around during delivery, so yeah it wasn’t great to open at all.

"Print came out blurry, not like my photo"
I was really hoping these would turn out cute, but the photo on the nappies came out quite blurry and dull. The picture I uploaded was clear, so I’m not sure if this is normal or if other people have had the same issue, but it lost a lot of the detail in the print. Disappointed overall and I don’t think I’d order again

"Delivery was a letdown"
Order turned up late and the updates weren’t great. Had to chase for info myself, which got annoying. Not sure I’d order again after that...
